The Cape Coral Red Knights captured the Lee County Little LeagueMajor Softball Tournament championship on May 7 by winning their third game in three nights, a 6-5 decision over the Fort Myers Tigers. There were four lead changes in the game but a three-run fifth inning lifted the Knights. Emma Johnson drove in two runs to back the three-hit pitching of Mackenzie Peterson.
