James Michael "Mike" Fisher, 61, of Cape Coral was born Nov. 2, 1950, in Charleston, W.Va. His parents, Allen Fisher and Irene Fisher of Hurricane, W.Va., preceded him in death.
He was a life-long member of Local Union #625 Steamfitters and Pipefitters. He was retired from American Electric Power Company of Columbus, Ohio, and started a second career overseeing and building high rises in Southwest Florida.
