Sandoval's 2012

first quarter home

sales surpass 2011

Sandoval home sales in 2012 increased by more than 16 percent over the first quarter the previous year.

The 524-acre Cape Coral community recorded 51 sales, compared to 44 sold in 2011.

"Buyers recognize the homebuying opportunities and value, amazing amenities and extraordinary lifestyle Sandoval offers," said Cammie Longencker, Taylor Morrison's vice president of sales and marketing, West Florida Division. "Homebuyers are impressed with the community's development and caliber of our preferred builders, D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes and Taylor Morrison."

More than 98 percent of Phase I's 579 homes have been sold. Phase II, planned with 485 homes, is more than 89 percent sold, which means that overall the community is more than 65 percent sold.

Phase III, the final 100 acres, will feature four different collections of homes including twin villas, detached villas, single-family and estate homes. Development is expected to begin late this summer and construction of models by later this year, with pre-construction sales opportunities available now.
