Bonsai Society
Bonsai enthusiasts are invited to attend the monthly meeting of the Bonsai Society of Southwest Florida, Inc. on Saturday, Feb. 18. The program will feature a "bring your own juniper workshop," tutored by Dorothy Schmitz and Ernie Fernandez. Following the workshop, a "bonsai basics" presentation will be made for new bonsai enthusiasts.

The Calusa chapter of the Military Officers Association of America normally meets the second Saturday of each month from September through May at the Wine and Roses restaurant at 1404 Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral.
The meeting starts at 9 a.m. with a buffet breakfast followed by an entertaining presentation, usually a noted speaker. A short business meeting then follows.
