CCPD searching for missing woman

The Cape Coral Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing/endangered woman.

Berta J. Ciasca, 87, of 1212 S.E. 14th St., has not been heard from since 10 p.m. Wednesday. Her daughter reported her missing early this morning.

A neighbor last saw Ciasca on Wednesday morning and she appeared normal. Ciasca suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.

She is 5-feet 4-inches tall and 150 pounds. Ciasca is described as having short, straight salt-and-pepper hair, brown eyes and olive skin. She has no tattoos or scars.

Ciasca is believed to he driving her 2002 white Toyota Corolla, with Florida tag G299DT.

She frequents her church and Wal-Mart. She does not usually drive at night.

If anyone has information or comes into contact with Ciasca, please contact the CCPD at 574-3223.
