The hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. A furnished model home is open for viewing by appointment.
Residents of Tarpon Landings have access to amenities including a 175-slip public marina providing deep-water direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and a fuel dock. Boat slips are available for lease.
