Waterfront community of Tarpon Landings now reopen for sales

New pricing from $300,000 for new waterfront homes

Tarpon Landings, an upscale waterfront high-rise condominium neighborhood located within the gated, resort-style community of Tarpon Point in southwest Cape Coral, has reopened for sales with prices starting from $300,000. The new pricing for the luxury condominium homes was released on June 16, 2011, with 92 new units available for immediate occupancy.

All three buildings at Tarpon Landings feature 12 floors of homes with 70 residences in each building over a two-story parking area and spacious lobby. Three floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,888 square feet to 3,048 square feet, are currently available. Each residence within Tarpon Landings includes water and marina views, two-car enclosed garages, private elevator access, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a study. Additionally, each residence boasts expansive outdoor living spaces with a screened lanai, water-view terrace and guest terrace. The new condominium homes are offered for sale by Aberdeen Realty at Tarpon Point The Tarpon Landings Sales Center is located at 5971 Silver King Blvd., #114 in Cape Coral. The hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. A furnished model home is open for viewing by appointment.

Residents of Tarpon Landings have access to amenities including a 175-slip public marina providing deep-water direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and a fuel dock. Boat slips are available for lease. In addition, boat rentals, charters and tours are available at the marina as well as a ferry providing transportation to area beaches.
