MIAMI BEACH (AP) - Officials evacuated a Miami Beach hotel after a water pipe sprung a leak and caused parts of the ceiling in the lobby to fall apart.
Miami Beach Fire Rescue spokesman Adonis Garcia says guests staying at the Claremont Hotel on Collins Avenue were relocated to another hotel four blocks away Sunday evening.
Garcia says a pipe between the first and second floors burst causing "a lot of water coming down" into the lobby.
No one was injured. The hotel is a small three-story building.
