Cape Christian Fellowship

This weekend Pastor Wes Furlong continues the new series "Where Do We Go From Here" with the message "Orphan Sunday."

Contemporary worship gatherings are Saturday at 5 p.m., and Sunday at 8:30, 9:45 and 11:15 a.m.

During worship gatherings, Bugz Landing is a safe and caring place for infants through Pre-K5 (8:30 a.m. service only provides childcare for 0-2 years old). Energy is a class for middle school students each weekend.

Middle school students are invited to Energy every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. High school students are invited to Awakening every Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m.

Cape Christian Preschool is still taking applications for enrollment. It offers educational programs for children ages 1-5. It is also a VPK provide and accepts school-readiness students. For more information or to schedule a tour, call 772-5781.

Evangelical Presbyterian Church

The Women of the Word fall season study continues and will end on Nov. 16.

The study meets Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. at Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 701 Mohawk Parkway, near the public library and opposite Wal-Mart. There is a complete nursery and children's program, including homeschoolers.

Faith Bible Fellowship

The small group ministry, Connec-tions, began Oct. 28. Everyone is welcome to join as the group meets in homes throughout the Cape to worship pray, study the word of God and fellowship. The program began with a study of the Gospel of John. Call the church office for additional details at 458-0020.

Pastor Dan Roth and the Faith Bible Fellowship family invite residents and visitors to join them for contemporary praise and worship service Sundays at 10 a.m. Ministry to children is provided during the service.

Faith Bible Fellowship meets Sun-days 10 a.m. at the Cape Coral Youth Center, located off of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Mid-Cape Terrace., at 315 S.W. 2nd Ave., Cape Coral.

First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church of Cape Coral is offering several community-outreach meetings each week. All meetings are open to the public and are held on the First Baptist Church campus at 4117 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral.

Included weekly are the following:

- AA Meetings: Sundays at 5:30 p.m.

- Al-Anon Ladies Meetings: Tuesdays at 10 a.m.

- Al-Anon Co-Ed Meetings: Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

St. Andrew

The Biggest Craft Fair and Garage Sale in Cape Coral will be at St. Andrew Catholic School, 2628 Del Prado Blvd., at the corner of Del Prado Boulevard and Southeast 27th Street.

The craft fair will be held today, Nov. 6, and the garage sale will be held Sunday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days..

Temple Beth Shalom

Temple Beth Shalom Cape Coral Sisterhood Presents Holiday Shopping & Food Fun, Sunday, Nov. 7, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Jewish-style delicacies, "Just Like Bubbe (grandma) Used To Make," will be featured, including: Latkes, matzo ball soup, stuffed cabbage, chopped liver, lox and eggs, knishes, kugel and hot dogs

There will be a bake sale, vendors galore and a gift-wrap station.

Items/services available will included beaded jewelry, massage chair, putting on the glitz, shell art, glass jewelry, bowling pin art and Judaic souvenirs of Israel

Groups scheduled include Jimbo's Woodworking, Sanibel Soap, Silpada Fine Jewelry, Healing Magnets, Sweet Expressions Chocolate, Costco and Cape Dog Bakery.

Also, the Cape Coral Police Department will be providing kids' ID fingerprinting.

Trinity Lutheran Church and School

Trinity Lutheran Church has returned to its 8 and 10:45 a.m. worship schedule. Sunday School and Adult Bible Class is at 9:30 a.m. The Rev. Charles J. Kanefke and Trinity invites all to join them for worship, praise and inspirational study of God's word.
