Gulf Coast Medical Park LLC has purchased 4.8 acres on Plantation Road in Fort Myers from Intermed II, LLC for $2.725 million. The land is adjacent to the new Gulf Coast Medical Center expansion on Daniels Parkway.

The transaction closed on April 16, 2009.

Gulf Coast Medical Park will be a 54,000-square-foot medical office park consisting of four buildings. The entire project has been pre-leased or pre-sold to a combination of users and investors.
