ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — Rock Hill police say two men wanted in the shooting death of a man at an apartment last week have surrendered to police in Florida.
Mark Bollinger with the Rock Hill Police Department said 21-year-old Desmond Cunningham and 20-year-old Kenyan McClinton turned themselves in to the Osceola County, Fla., Sheriff's Department.
The Herald of Rock Hill reported (http://bit.ly/1aW049f) The men are being held in Florida pending extradition to South Carolina. It was not clear if they have lawyers.
The third suspect in the case, Laterrious Demonte Ashley is being held in the Mecklenburg County, N.C., jail. He had been hospitalized with a gunshot wound and a broken leg earlier.
The three men are accused in the death of 20-year-old Jordan Poirier on Nov. 19.
