DASH CAM VIDEO SHOWS ZIMMERMAN BEING HANDCUFFED

Police have released a dash cam video of George Zimmerman being handcuffed after his estranged wife called 911 and said he was threatening her with a gun. The video released Tuesday shows officers ordering Zimmerman out of his truck. They tell him to put his hands up and drop to his knees. Two officers approach him. One of them has a gun drawn while the other handcuffs Zimmerman.

GOVERNOR PROMISES TAX CUTS

Florida Gov. Rick Scott is kicking off a tour pushing $500 million in planned tax cuts around the state as he heads into what could be a tough re-election fight. Scott recently announced plans to ask legislators to cut taxes next year but hasn't specified which taxes and fees he wants to cut. He's expected to release more details at press conferences in South Florida on Tuesday.

ASTRONAUT TRAINING RESUMES AT UNDERSEA FLORIDA LAB

Astronaut training has resumed at an undersea laboratory in the Florida Keys. Starting Tuesday, five astronauts will spend five days living and working at the Aquarius Reef Base. While they're underwater, they'll be trying out an exercise device that could be used on the International Space Station and spacewalking tools. The federal government owns the pressurized lab that sits about 60 feet below the ocean's surface.

TEEN ARRESTED IN HIT-AND-RUN DEATH OF TEENAGER ON BIKE

A 16-year-old was struck and killed while riding his bicycle in Apopka Monday night. Authorities have arrested an 18-year-old woman who they say was driving the vehicle that hit him. She fled the scene but police caught up with her a short time later.

MAN KILLED, WOMAN INJURED IN FIRE

An 87-year-old man is dead and an 87-year-old woman is recovering after fire broke out in their Naples duplex early Tuesday morning.
