The engineers at the briefing stated the many factors that went into the scenario that resulted in the FLOOD MAP, however, no-one was able to tell me WHAT THE ACTUAL SCENARIO WAS that resulted in the Flood Map.

Here are a few questions I asked and received no answer. 1. What category was the scenario hurricane? 2. What was the speed of the scenario hurricane? 3. What was the direction of movement of the scenario hurricane? 4. What were the scheduled tides, high, low, of the scenario hurricane? 5. What was the lunar phase of the moon of the scenario hurricane? 6. What was the amount of rainfall of the scenario hurricane?

WE as payers of FLOOD INSURANCE, need to know what the geographic rates and probabilities are based upon. If in fact the FLOOD SCENARIO is based upon a extremely low probability for our geographic area, then the rate should be extremely low also. It should not be incumbent to pay HIGH PREMIUMS to subsidize other geographic areas.

THESE FLOOD MAPS ARE A GOVERNMENT SCAM!!! They are based on NEBULOUS MANUFACTURED STATISTICS gathered to create an IMPOSSIBLE SCENARIO that would possibly result in a flood situation as depicted on this map. THIS IS PURELY AN INSURANCE FRAUD!!! We need a thorough JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION on the determinations and effects of these results. Especially the governments need to RAISE FLOOD INSURANCE RATES.
