Carioscia is running for mayor in 2020, he has been acting like he cares about the people the last few months. Now he talks like he is a watcher of the peoples money. He has done NOTHING in his years on council except raise taxes and kiss union boots. Ever so typical for a corrupt cop.

Up, Up, Up, Up, Up! Will this never end? I don't know how anyone else can afford it, but I know I'm losing my home. No regular people will be left here. Sad.
