We have fees to protect us from storm water and fees ($1.52/unit) for sewer and water hookups and on and on. The point is we pay according to our contribution to the problem or the service we use. No contribution to the problem or use then no fees. Feel your hackles rising gun lovers?

I’m looking at u (and me) to pay for the SROs in fees for purchasing, owning and licensing of firearms. This is a gun problem created by paving the streets of America with cheap guns.

We pay the actual cost of most other things we use in some form of impact fee.

If you disagree tell me why guns get a free pass. We have constitutional rights to a plethora of things in the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness but we pay for their impact on society.

Of course we could just require the gun manufacturers to pay.

County should pay for County schools no matter where they are! Period!
