This is great. However, my families experience was not good. My mother is registered at the special needs shelter due to her 24/7 on oxygen. She registers each year for the last 10 years. Called friday late afternoon day before the hurricaine and they told me they gave her spot away. That it is first come first serve. Then why preregister, Glad I had a contingancy plan that required me to go to Ocala. They need some serious work on more shelters and not turining away special needs people.
