Yes. The law is,-

Innocent until proven guilt.

To many times today it is "Guilty until proven innocent" specially in the media.

It is way past time that the people of this country go back to what the constitution guarantees everyone.

Innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Remember....everyone is entitled to a "fair" trial etc. This is serious, of course, but demands that everyone wait until somehow the whole issue is explained. Don't incriminate because you don't like another family member, etc. Let the system follow the rules and wait for the outcome. Sad day in Cape Coral for all of us.
