Bimini Basin WILL NEVER BE A DESTINATION. Get over it folks. The entire idea is something out of Neverland and opioid induced dreams. The only thing missing is Captain Hook and Tinkerbell.

Once again the desires of the people are ignored by the Cape Coral City Government. They continue to pontificate the " City Says " mentality and usurp the needs of the electorate. The majority of speakers who attended the Chester St. briefing about the 47th Terrace Streetscape Plan stated their " need for the continuation of street side parking" and were IGNORED by THEIR CITY GOVERNMENT.

I guess that the following no longer applies " of the people, for the people and by the people." It is a sad commentary for Cape Coral.

This city finds more ways to waste tax payers money. From consultants, PST, FST, bloated payroll, Bloated pensions. LCEC wasted efforts. Now street scapes, Bemini basin. How about street repairs, how about sidewalks? How about lowering the tax rate. Disgusted with the entire city government.

Anybody can turn a nightmare into a dream, but to turn it into reality takes money, and a lot of it.
