The important and interesting number here are: 14,899 residents who voted , 11,112, or almost three-fourths, did so via mail of the 29,872 mail ballots requested.
With 29,872 ballots by mail requested only 11,112 even cared to make the effort to vote at their kitchen table. 63% realized how useless it was to even vote against the government union controlled candidates and current council. Very interesting.
