TWT - QUOTE "the space and time that Mayor Sawicki takes up". REALLY!!!!Now that's funny coming from the same individual who spends his entire days & evening, thinking of ways to negatively attack Leon. You have been on here addressing where he resides and with whom, as well as advising everyone that Leon got a speeding ticket!!!!! You are obsessed with Leon. As for your comment regarding our Mayor, keep drooling .... you are nothing more than her lap dog. How are you going to survive once she is out of office in November? Someone may actually have to do some work. Scary thought!!!!

Ah, the space and time that Mayor Sawicki takes up in so many little, despicable people's heads. Glad to see even when she is not running for office, the lice keep thinking about her. What magic does this woman have over these losers, still lamenting over the crushing, egotistical blow, to the previous slug, of a Mayor. Love these types of inquires, in posts, about our Mayor, don't YOU?

Does anyone know for certain if Mayor Marni and Jennifer Nelson are sharing the same domicile address. I heard the rumor but found it hard to imagine the Mayor would give up on firemen and government workers.

TWT - QUOTE "cutting millions out of our road paving program to float an offer to Gulf Ventures". ... Where did you get this info from???? Perhaps The Star or National Inquirer. LOL You really should seek help. You have a personal vendetta against Leon and it is blatantly obvious. Your blood pressure must be off the charts!!!

TWT - Nowhere in this article does it mention The Bimini Basin being thrown it to "sweeten the pot". AMAZING how you are always privy to inside information. Your quest to remove Leon from the dais is sickening. I watched candidate Jennifer Nelson last week, and wasn't impressed in the least. It is rumored that a certain councilmen is doing everything in his power to prevent Leon and/or Erbrick to advance. GEE, I wonder who that would be?? Wake up people, check the donations being given to the candidates. We don't need "Lap Dogs" elected this November. I strongly feel that if Tallahassee finally hands down a decision again our current Mayor, Leon will undoubtedly receive thousands of votes.

I believe the Bimini Basin was thrown in to "sweeten" the pot and just remember, this land swap suggestion and push to throw in whatever, along with cutting millions out of our road paving program to float an offer to Gulf Ventures, was from none other than the boy Council member, RICHARD LEON, in hopes of garnering some votes from the "Save Our Rec" people, that he has obviously SHAFTED and that they won't obviously forget or forgive. It won't work. So those of you who just think, he is the one, what do you think of him now?

Why not throw in The Bimini Basin and allow some else to worry about building restaurants etc on a waterway which resembles a cesspool.

Has the city manager ocer stepped his authority? Who authorized him to present any offer for a land swap? Last I heard was a request from a council member to bring back to them what properties might be used for a swap which I believe is not in the best interest of the entire Cape.

Angelsonly: Much of that land was purchased with water and sewer fund money. That land should be sold and the money returned either to the rate payers or be put back in the fund. Not all Cape residents paid for most of that land purchase.

Question for the masses: Should all land that is owned by Government be available for use by the citizens of the entity or should government be allowed to prohibit it's use. Just wondering ?????

Taxpayers monies were spent for properties. Now those properties may be used for bartering with Ryan Co. for a land swap. The old golf course sits in the CRA. Why were the properties obtained in the first place...we have all of that information....now we "offer" it for a land swap. Looking forward...if it takes place....who will "build" on that land which sits in the CRA....
