Good for you DR Horton, why would you want to do business in this city working with this city administration and their cast of clowns. There is no leadership. Incompetent, inept, that is what we have for a city council. Sooner they are gone the better for all of us.

This City can NOT keep kicking the can down the road. It's time to crap or get off of the pot!! Are you looking to buy it or NOT! Where is the money going to come from. Currently this City can even afford the maintenance of this property, let alone the cost to purchase it. CW Stout stated that this city doesn't even have enough money in NEXT YEARS budget for a Pickle Ball Court. Where pray-tell are they going to come up with fund to even make an offer on this property?? It's due time for this City to sell off or trade some of it's many properties and purchase this land (If that's what they intend to do). If not, get ready for some major tax increases. Homeowners are NOT going to be happy. With no big businesses in the Cape and none interested in investing in the Cape, it's all on the tax payers back AGAIN!!!!

Good any smart business individual realizes at one point that to do business with the city of Cape Crappy is not a good thing. Kudo's DR Horton. I urge any business not to do business with this City. You can do better elsewhere.
