Matt, you sure like to try to demean others. I served in Vietnam for 19 months. I never brag about my military service like you do. Get over it, you served and what you did should not be bragged about.

"So, If you are a John Kerry Vet! Put your DD 214 where the sun does not shine!" This is your statement to me? It is an insult to compare me with Kerry. You don't know me or anything about me. Your diatribe about my answer is wrong for Memorial Day. It is a day to remember and honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country. You want to rail on the political aspects of war, do it on another day. Much of what you wrote in your answer to me, I have experienced and witnessed. So you aren't the only person.

Matt, although your argument and figures may be correct. This is the wrong time to bring politics into the discussion of a sacred day. As a former military member, you should be ashamed of yourself for bringing politics into this.
