unfortunately the state and fl supreme court has allowed politicians to get around both caps on mileage and save our homes. now eventually future councils will be allowed to max the millage, max the electric tax, make fire 100% and there's been talk of the same with police.

I think the residents who own homes or property here need to take the same track as the city.

Refinance and since you need the money today pay all the interest for the 30 yr period and push the loan out at the new rate 20 yr and borrow more money to buy the new vehicle.

Your relative might pass away and leave you money (Fire Assessment), But if he doesn't you have the money anyway in your budget.

SAVE US FROM THE INSANITY! Where do they come up with the type of leadership we have? PITIFUL!
