Who negotiated the police contract? Not that clown of an attorney I hope. I'm sure it was this CM and boss lady finance director. You can negotiate contract in a couple of hours, she just keeps saying yes. How much will this decrease the saving we were told so much about. You know the one where they stepped up and were such heroes.

You go back and raise salaries 5%. Then you bump their pay another 5% on that new 5% raised salary. So really you raised salary 12.5% Start with 10 raise that 5% to 10.5, now raise that 10.5 5% equals 11.025. You are being lied to by a corrupt administration. PST and Fire Tax we put in to go into city workers pockets. Make sure you thank these people when you see them. You will be able to identify a city worker, they will have their hand in your pocket.
