Loving every minute of it. For 4 long years the residents of this City were misled, miguided and confused by an old and miserable man who had no life and apparently no family. Now we know why he has no life and no family!

The judge needs to emphasize that none of this can be paid for by left over campaign funds.

It's my considered opinion that Sullivan is totally clueless, the front man for, as you put it, "a group of people." Believe me, he's not smart enough to have thought up any of this. Not only is he clueless, he's a very stingy, miserly POS. If it were up to him to come up with the idea for this lawsuit, the energy to implement them or the money to pay for the suit, none of it would ever have happened. Hope you get every cent, Mayor Marnie!

Packer. You are right on. While they threaten, sue, fail, file appeals, the City waits and everyone has opinions, and nothing gets done. It is what they want...disrupt, cause turmoil, maybe the City will crumble. All who are involved o that side have said it many times. They will cause the City to go bankrupt (while professing they are worried about Veterans and those who cannot put food on the table now), then they might leave. We should all let them know, we will band together against any and all who are part of this, especially during elections. But...we need to start right now. Have a wonderful week end.

Lolita it is simply the latest scam from the FORMER 5. They are playing a game called "Disrupt Government". They feel if they cause enough trouble in the courts it will cause a tip over at City Hall.

I am ALMOST embarrassed for them, particularly Sullivan. He is acting like a little spoiled baby who lost his little league game and can't accept it. He says a group of People have asked him to do this. I wonder if they will help him cover the 100 g's he now owes. Where will it come from?

Most importantly! When does our city clerk get the apology he owes her?

Well, well. Sullivan is not finished yet. Tonight he stated he is going to file again since "something may be wrong" and he wants to make sure they find it. Curious, really, Mr. Sullivan. All this time, money, effort and you get the answer that the whole case is meritless from a judge, but you want to keep going. Guess those who cannot put food on the table will have to wait longer to get help from you.

"Judge deems recount case merit less"

I would have done that for free. Ladies and gentlemen the former mayor, the genius that was gonna save us all... Just dropped $100,000.00 +/- to find out the obvious....

All I want to know is this... When do the checks get cut to reimburse all those effected? What date Re they due?

Very gracious statement regarding Sully by Ms Sawicki. I don't believe Sully, nor anybody else in the RAG's, would or could ever express any empathy to anyone who opposed them.

I certainly hope that dilly, carr, crane and the others are held to pay their share of the costs. They were clearly the force behind mumbles' quest.

I hope it bankrupts them all!
