Why let these dealers sell from tents! What if some yahoo throws a road flare in the tent at night starting a large fireworks display. Why not make the dealers use well constructed fire proof buildings with sprinklers built in to prevent fire and explosions. How about adding high taxes on the users, say a entertainment tax of 100% of price.

The state needs to make up their mind on this one. Either make fireworks legal or make it illegal to sell them. Now it is legal to sell them but illegal to use them which make no sense. I believe the best course of action would be to simply make them illegal and this letter makes some good points in support of that.

I have written our state senator and representative on this subject and have received ZERO response!

At least when you write Bill Nelson, you get a solicitation for campaign funds!
