City Councilmember Kevin McGrail may have lost in his bid to retain his seat in District 6, but that doesn’t mean he plans to stay away from public office forever....

Harrington is not directly responsible for the low voter turnout however, she could put these elections on an even year calendar. With early voting, absentee voting and only 4 offices on the ballot, there is no valid reason not to put these elections on the even year calendar. As far as McGail getting voted out, this is an anti-incumbent voter's block. The only Council member to be returned in recent memory, and by a slim margin at that, was Dr. Donnell.

Lolita remember this I want Kevin McGrail to run for anything because I am pretty sure he can't get elected. Thus he spends some of his own money! Keep asking yourself Kevin why did they not vote for me? Because the voters figured you out!

Oh Lolita. If I did not make it clear enough for you. It is John Sullivan's prerogative, right, process that he is entitled to. I know you know it so I just wanted to rub your NOSE in it!

Let be written in the formal minutes Councilwoman Erbrick poured. (coffee or tea.) Who cares? Not me!

Recount is an issue I do not have to choose to make a decision on. It is not my money to spend. However if I felt it was possible there were errors made in the count I would probably ask for that recount. The recount is Sullivan's call. It is not a huge amount of votes to overcome. One thing I will look for on a small recount like this it will show me if the system Florida uses in its 67 counties meets the task. I believe there are many voters who question the validity of this and other systems used in the country. So this just becomes a nice little test. If it prevails okay and if it ferrets out a flaw even better for me!

Curious, light, with the support you have for Mrs. Harrington, the question would be how do you feel about the recount issue? Please don't use the quotes about "it is his perogative, etc.) we know that. How can Mrs. Harrington be a "defendant"??? She was served. Our City Clerk was served. Councilwoman Erbrick was served. Much to think about.

Another Kevin McGrail lie! Harrington is not responsible in whole or in part for a low turnout in voting.

Check the low numbers and percentages especially in Cape Coral, Fl. before Harrigton was ever Elections Supervisor.

Check those figures in the other 66 counties in the state of Florida.

2008 was election was a problem every where. That is why governor Rick Scott visited more than Lee County.

Ask McGrail why the governor found no wrong doing and left Ms. Harrington in the position.

I personally think McGrail will run for anything politically paid for because the healthcare industry has had a belly full of him!
