What Williams brings to the council remains to be seen.His performance at the debates and fora was less that stellar.

Rick will be alright, as soon as he realizes that he has miles and miles of 40 year old roads that lack blacktop .. is he going to fund it out of his own pocket when he tries to repeal the PST..hmmmm.. I don't think so..but he does bring balance to our NEW council

Amazing that Rick is against the very tax that would allow paving in his district. Where are the funds going to come from if not the PST? Parks and Rec. So don't plan on parks and playgrounds or boat ramps in the north cape any time soon!
