To the editor: Tammy Hall did the wrong thing. She stepped across the line of propriety and it cost her a job that she did well....

Her corruption only surfaced because she never achieved escape velocity and made it to the State or Federal legislature. There lobbyist take care of troubling financial issues like hers. There she'd be able to deal away the power of festy working class citizens generating their own electricity on the own roofs with solar. FP&L will be very generous with quid pro quo to Republicans in the coming year.

Tammy would have had no problem selling us out. She is just another enemy of the good.

B.S. She was always a crook with an attitude that the rules did not apply to her. She did NOTHING for Cape Coral. It usually takes a while but lack of character usually come out for all to see. Don't let the door hit her on the way out. Enjoy your time in prison you $%^#*!

I think Kalfus is either bi-polar or an Amazing two-faced old gas-bag: In his Sept 6 LTE he supported Sully by attacking City Council, writing: “The "slippery six" . . . “Pompously they have taken the position of "know-it-all" wise guys and they have set the Cape on a road to ruin. You pick it - either the six lied to us or they're just incompetent. “- But today, in defense of an admitted felon, he says: “This is not a time for anyone to be politically correct, this is an opportunity for each elected official to recognize that we are all human, we all make mistakes and it is compassion, not condemnation, that will show well for each individual.”- Where is his pompous proselytizing when dealing with opposing Cape Coral opinions?

NanaII, it's a scary experience to have Kalfus sound rational, isn't it? Tammy broke the law and she's going to pay dearly. End of story.

If it was someone on the 'other side', would Kalfus be encouraging others to respond with compassion, not condemnation? Didn't think so.

She did not make a mistake. She knowingly broke the law. As for her plea deal. I have never heard anything as to what the plea deal really encompasses, other than she must pay her donors back, pay a fine and possibly be on supervised probation and a possible stint in jail.

Let's just hang on a minute, here, Kalfus and see what Hall has to say about other employees and elected officials. Seems I heard that was part of the sweet deal she made - she has to tell what she knows about others . . . real class act, indeed!

Dick, this is to inform you that your opinion isn't what Ms. Hall needs now. Your sinful ways will catch you someday.

Tammy did not give a hoot about Cape Coral. I suspect she had to leave a trail of bread crumbs to find her way home!
