Here we go again. The first time Mr. Deile sued the City he wasted thousands of our dollars to prove his point. Now he is threatening again. He is determined to bankrupt this city no matter how much it will cost us taxpayers.

Heard Leetz wants to appear in front of the judge as a defendant. Guess he will try to give his vast experience as an EMT (hope he tells them he was asked to leave)Will Deile be the prosecuting attorney for whomever. Guess will miss the Council meeting Monday.

Smart cookie Diele. He got Leetz to do it, But there will be only the monies for the validation expenses this time. Leetz needs the air time and press coverage to look like he is representing all of the citizens.

All we ever hear from Mcgrail is how it is so important to raise taxes. The FST is nothing more than a payoff to the union for their backing. You notice dumb and dumber at the end of the dias keeping quiet. They already got theirs. The tax payers have been ill served by McGrail since he paid for his seat. He has not represented his district or done anything for the north Cape area. He is useless, a true tax and spend liberal. Just another useless politician.

notice how they abandoned the subject about the bond validation and now it turned into bashing a candidate they don't want. Typical.

Wonderful. An open ended bond to pay for a fire dept. we have been paying for through real estate taxes. A 3.75% increase every single year if this is deemed legal through the circuit court.

All in an endeavor to circumvent state statutes.

All this goes to show is with rising real estate values, thw city of Cape Coral has more than mismanaged the tax dollars of the residents.

If this is not so then how does one account for a 3% raise and a 5% bonus on top of that for each city employee?

There is and there never was a $20 million short fall in a workable balanced budget as the city officials claimed.

Best part is the con job they are going to try to pull i9n the court.

See you at the hearing at the Justice Center Monday October 7th. Room J34.

McGrail is part of the subject. He has brought this new piece of revenue to court to enable a mismanaged, misguided city to end run the Florida statutes and falsely stay under the 10 point millage rate to keep on sinking us 30 years and more into debt. Just keep piling on that DEBT SERVICE and crippling the home owners who are not covered by the city's give away labor contracts. The next cry will be about tax increases due to unpayable pensions.

Lolita I am pretty sure you'll be long gone before me. Besides you were very instrumental in me staying to fight STALE cookies like you. To sell the steak honey you need more than the sizzle you need to have the steak. The steak is on the way! People like you have pulled the sizzle off long ago. You and Gulf America profit at any cost.
