Councilman Leetz refers to the PST as an electric tax. Is he even aware as to what he votes on. It is a Public Service Tax, not an electric tax done by the electric company. Don't we have enough problems trying to do anything without a seated council person making it worse? Now he wants to change it. Why? Someone show him what he already voted on. Didn't he study enough? Waiting until tomorrow night so he can make another stand? Do your homework with the lights on.
