Sullivan says, "people appreciate what I do for them"...that's just IT, what do you do, Sullivan? Just saying no, losing comtrol of the Council meetings, failing to shpow up at the water discharge meetings, sleeping through the City's Strategic Planning meeting, Falling asleep at a public conference...tell us, what have you done in the 4 long years that you have sat in the Mayor's chair? NO LYING!
