Someone care to elaborate on this Slick Six council and what they have done to a.stop the taxation of the 20/20 slush fund.

b.If they decided not to stop paying into the fund what did they do to push to have land purchased in Cape Coral.

I will answer the question NOTHING! Too busy on putting the city into deeper debt. Over a billion dollars and growing.

Boy what they could do with the debt service on a billion dollars.

20/20 is nothing more than a slush fund for the likes of Frank Mann. Paying millions for already Federally protected mangroves. Millions more to bail out Franks land speculator buddies. Can we say kickback? Where else could one buy land for less than 25,000 an acre and get 1.5 million an acre months later?
