Could someone please explain to me the relevance of CCC's and Rosko's comments to this letter? Or did they just respond to every single letter the same old s**t?

CapeCoralCuestions, if as you state I have a boat load of money, please be so kind as to point me to it. It really would come in handy!

Furthermore, when did I ever say or write about employees and how much and when they should be paid. NEVER you simple minded nitwit!

Come on CapeCoralCuestions or as some have said Charlie, get some gonads and post under your real name.

CLASS WARFARE!! All the RAG posters have a common theme: blame the 1,200 city workers (not all are IN a union---this is a Right-To-Work State). Are RAGs suggesting that those 1,200 workers should support the 165,000 city? The oath “To Protect and Serve” or term “Public Servant” does NOT mean a lower class or servitude. We no longer have a ‘Servant Class’ in this country, or indentured servants, and Lincoln freed the slaves. Having a boat-load of money does NOT entitle RAGs to threaten, belittle, menace, and condemn their fellow citizens! Now we have people claiming that THEY are the judge of how much and when our employees should be paid! Shame on YOU, RAGs!!! Totally agree with your comments re SNAP; there is no reason any American should go to bed hungry. None. Politics has no place in folks' stomachs.

I grew up on a small farm; have relatives who are still "bib overall" farmers. I am conflicted about subsidies provided to farmers via the Farm Bill. While I understand the necessity for some programs, prices for grain are at an all time high (driven by China and India's purchase of every kernel they can find), irrigation is used across the country, yields have increased significantly and farm land prices, both rental and purchase, are out of sight. Hearing that movie stars and Wall Street CEO's and Silicon Valley billionaires are buying up farm land and receiving federal farm subsidies makes me crazy!

Dad used to say, "If they just paid the American farmer a decent price for his crop, we could feed the world." Don't know if he'd say that anymore.

I like to see the words "Jim Healy" and "Moron" in the same article!
