As in congress or other democratic assemblies where time limits are set give up the 3 minutes to the designated speaker to approach the podium first.

!5 speakers can sign up to take up the 45 minutes if needed.

It is not a question of whether we want UEP or not... It isn't a choice it is a mandate handed down from the State.

I plan on definately being at the meeting and making a speech. The council members are elected BY the people and paid with our taxes. We live in a democracy where the people are to have a voice. Should they not be LISTENING to the people they are SUPPOSE to represent?? When council chambers are FULL of people NOT agreeing with their decisions and they STILL vote AGAINST the peoples wishes.....then that issue should be placed on the voting ballots in area 6 & 7 in November. Even RENTERS will be affected. Landlords will pass this expense on. This HUGE financial inpact affects peoples LIVES and the businesses in these areas. If in fact the majority of property owners in 6 & 7 want the Water & Sewer, then I can live with the majority. BUT we won't know this without a 6&7 vote. How many of the members of City Council are going to be affected financially by this decision?? I guess I need to do some research when Council is looking to take away my expendable income.

Lenny Nesta (OMG) the guy can barely put three words together to make a phrase. Whose in the lucky district to have this representative speaking for them?

It is simple. These council members are afraid to let the people speak. They want to do their damage and face no opposition. They are cowards.

To those that have longer than the three minute input regarding this subject or any subject.

Break up the information you have with friends, family, or other residents and take the three minutes and twenty seconds registering to speak in a consecutive sequence until your view is fully presented.

I am all in favor of limiting Lurch to 3 minutes...period! He simply could not do it.

If you cannot state your views on this subject in three minutes, then you do not understand your position.
