McClain should not even be sitting on that council since he was living out of his district for 10 months and never volunteered the information.
Faulty council members did not even bat an eye when they found out he was violating the city's charter which they are always quoting as the city's gospel.
And Governor Scott and the Florida state Attorney General Bondi over looks what is going on here in Cape Coral as local politics?

More borrowing and more debt service that is the answer to any issue this city has. State Revolving Funds, bond to run and equip fire dept instead of using real estate tax. What a great forward city a la cart funding. Why because it is government and administrated by some of the SORRIEST individuals who could have been elected or given responsible jobs.
McGrail needs to send the 3 legged stool off to lab to have a culture done. He ought to include one of his own as well!
