$73 million dollar savings as printed in the media is a savings over 25 years is not even $3 million per year.

As the city manager stated the savings does not come towards the end of the 25 years. WOW.

Not much can change in 25 years and as the figures and their liars come and go this savings too will evaporate into a vapor!

City Council will be long forgotten, maybe not even present. This city manager has a 7 year job expectancy as city managers are concerned today.

Just like so many other contracts and projects this city has entered it will end the fault of someone who can not be reached or made accountable.

This is another example of what smoke and mirrors really is!
