Let me see if I understand this correctly: church is giving free food to people in need; needy people want their stuff first and fast so they block roads; church tries to correct this with traffic direction and written notices; ignorant, greedy, needy people ignore problem and continue to block roads; FT Myers shuts down food give-away. How can you blame this fiasco on the Code Officers just doing their job? WHO is to blame here? The church trying to give away free food or the recipients who feel so entitled that simple rules don't apply to them? (Jim, you HAVE heard of food stamps and WIC haven't you?

Did you happen to see some of the luxury cars that some of these "poor" people were driving? That's right, Escalades, Lexus and other newer 40 thousand dollar plus autos, all parked in and around the free food give-away. Shameful...

Just had to toss in the race card, didn't you? It must have been eating your soul away that it did not appear in the main body of your LTE, or did your proof read and become horrified when you discovered you had left it out? Either way, you drastically cheapened your argument when you resorted to such avenues.
