The underlying problem is that nobody wants to work for Sullivan. That being said, if we can only hold off filling the position until the day after the election, I am sure we will have many more applications for that position. Think of it, we are in the worst economy since the depression and only 1 person finds the pay increase enticing enough, to apply for the job, to work for the Mayor. Out of 1600 City employees and only 1 applies. I rest my case.

You right, Sandy. It can't be the pay - ranges from $36,000 to $55,000 for a secretary in Cape Coral! Yep. But can you imagine having to face that creepy, misogynistic, mumbling, Kelly-worshipper every day (what was with that)? And work for - certainly never "with" - him? Erbrick claims the problem is anyone who could get along with him might have a problem with the rest of staff. Huh? Hint: big pay bump there, Rana!
