With little dissent, Cape Coral City Council approved Monday a fire assessment study performed by Burton & Associates....

I bet when these new assessments come out it will wake up the sleepy heads who helped put this council in.

%.6% increase in valuation will increase homeowners real estate tax.

Utility Tax of 7% on everyone"s monthly electric bill forever. (In essence they have attacked your Capital Asset Account. These are the monies accumulated every year as a customer of Lee County Electric. They stopped the yearly check distribution in favor of YOU collecting it when you close your electric account.

Fire Assessment Tax $93 to $220 a year.

This shows crystal clear this city is the mismanagement, misappropriation agent most knows it is.

$20 million dollars short...right.

Good to see the fire department got what they paid for by the Slick Six. Thats ok, it will change soon.

"Little Dissent"...that is so cute! I suspect "Typical Dissent" would be more appropriate.

It is easy to be an obstructionist (or two) when you know you will not prevail.
