Same old same old

March 23, 2013

To the editor: You know it’s election season when the remnants of the FAB 5 keep turning up on FOX 4. Last week Diele and this week one of the now terrible 2’s, Leetz....

My out of town family coined it best I think, "What is his problem? He wasn't invited to go?" Nice letter John.

John, another pat on the back to you. And hey, if Leetz is smoking too close to the building and that entry door, he IS breaking the law. (And he IS).

Well, I had not heard Fab 5 in quite sometimes. Stuck in the past are you. The new threat to the city of Cape Coral are your heros the Slick Six. This is the group bought and paid for by the unions. I do not see you whining about that. Your letter like your podium musing was ridiculous.

JJSully: My only comment to you regarding the Slick Six versus the Fab 5 is as follows. The Slick Six were all duly elected by the People, the Fab 5 came to be by perpetrating a covert arrangement upon the People. Enough said.

Sully, unlike you, John M. is articulate, polite and to the point! We all remember your irrational rantings at the podium.

I guess what John is saying Councilman Leetz should not have an opinion and because he is part of "the club" he should not bring up anything against "the club"?

Did the councilmen in Belle< California lead you to believe that is how things work? Do you believe in covering up blatant giving of gift? Sort of like a bribe isn't it? Why do you not call for the exposure of WHO or what group is the donor of the alcoholic beverages. (I so dislike the term term adult beverages. It softens it so.). You make yourself out to be a real sweep it under the carpet character.

The donation was for everyone riding on the bus. Not just Cape Coral. Get over it. Case closed, move on. Careful when you are at the next party with "free drinks". More will be watching than you can imagine now.

The name calling does not help define issues. Looks like children playing in the sandbox.

Lightswitch. Contact the coordinator of the trip. She's the one with the information about donors, etc. She'd love to hear from you.

Wow that sounds like a threat. But I can welcome the scrutiny since I do not drink alcoholic beverages. But you are probably being scrutinized and researched as well. My background checks have always been clean but you not so much!
