Leave personalities out of the article. This was the right move the council made. Nothing is holding Ms. Serrago back, but herself, at this point. If she truly feels she is the best of the best, then submit a darn RFP, for Pete's Sake. It is not up to the government to give out hand outs to keep people employed. Plain and simple.

Years ago I was living in the old Delproda Inn, I was drunk before I drove to K-S's then I asked Betty to drive me back to the Inn? Betty drove me back to the Inn. Betty hired nice people. Dam I'm upset reading this.
