You know I do not know for sure if this is a fair amount for the city or the business.
This I do know. $3,185 including sales tax seems like a low amount.
It is $8.72 per day. $61.08 a week, $262.65 a month.
How much profit is being made from the fuel docks? Doesn't the same tenant realize profit from this?
Shouldn't it be a package deal?
Can't believe the city is still on square #1 with this.

I thought the figure was a yearly revenue and I was incorrect.
The council should renew the the 3 year option for the lease renewal.
