The only way that the people of cape coral will ever get honest leadership which do not do pseudo psychological cartwheels and embellish inconsequential awards such as the one issued by The CAFR,just to give themselves undeserved pats on the back is to have partisan elections and single member districts. lets not forget, public servant or not, its our money and mismanagement of it such as vacant land deals and others are incompetant if not smacking of nefarious doings.

Someone better break the news to Cariosia that er are not planning on a presidential election turnout. Nor will there be the number of lengthy amendments to contend with.

"It has to do with reporting and how it's put together," Barron said. "It has nothing to do with what's in it. Clear is in the eye of the beholder with the CAFR because it contains so many financial reports."

They get a 'reward' while publicly stating they DON'T EVEN KNOW what's in an all-revealing financial report?!

These people have more to hide than you may ever know folks. That nest needs some detoxing.
