Thanks for the good, common sense suggestions. Too bad there aren't many people with enough common sense to listen. Here's my suggestion: Every year, around November 1, protect yourself and get a flu shot. Do it every year. Make it a habit. Had folks taken advantage of an immunization that is proven effective, we wouldn't be in the spot we're in today.
Wash your hands, stay at least 6 feet away from anyone who's sneezing or coughing, clean gym equipment yourself, and keep your little germ bucket kids at home when they get sick. No job is worth the havoc caused by ignoring symptoms and going about your daily duties when you know you or your family is sick. Or, avoid it all and get a flu shot. It's not 100%, but it's the best defense we've got. Get a shot!!!!
