Commercial real estate answers depend on different facts...
February 16, 2009 - Gary Tasman
Here is an excerpt from Saturday's column:
"...As a real estate professional and columnist, I feel previleged to field questions from readers and others seeking information about the commercial industry. And, since I'm not known to be shy about expressing my opinions, I encourage any and all queries related to my business. Sometimes, however, people's questions are so broad that the best answer I can offer is "It depends." And when it comes to buying, selling or leasing commercial real estate, the feasibility of any transaction really comes down to individual circumstances. Therefore, whether or not I'd recommend a perticular property to a client really depends on their financial situation, short- and long-term investment objectives and other factors..."
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for the rest of the column if you happened to miss Saturday's column and would like to read the entire column. And please keep the questions coming by email, fax, thru this blog and even snail mail...I am happy to hear from everyone interested in what I have to say regarding commercial real estate issue. Keep on reading my column, I truly appreciate it.
