Challenging Times

We live in challenging times. My law firm clients seem familiar to me but the questions they have been bringing to me in the last yer are not anything like those of my first twenty years in practice. I'd like to get some conversations going about issues that matter to them and to me.

I'd like to know what you and other Cape Coral and Fort Myers residents think about foreclosures. Our firm has helped people through the foreclosure process and we've helped people avoid it.

I'm curious about what the public thinks of an investor who bought with no money down, has refinanced twice and has received $200,000 cash back. Now the condo is worth $150,000 and is being foreclosed. The investor is walking away. What do you think?
